Asbestos surveys are essential in identifying the presence of asbestos in a property. This type of survey is required for all non-domestic buildings built before 2000, and is recommended for all properties built before 2000. Our team of surveyors is licensed and qualified to conduct asbestos surveys and provide detailed reports of their findings.

Our surveys include two types of surveys: management surveys and refurbishment/demolition surveys. Management surveys are designed to identify the presence and condition of asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) that could be disturbed during normal occupancy. Refurbishment/demolition surveys are more intrusive and are required before any refurbishment or demolition work takes place.
