These surveys are typically carried out during the normal occupancy of a building and are required under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012.

Refurbishment/demolition surveys are more comprehensive and are required before any refurbishment or demolition work takes place. These surveys are designed to identify any asbestos-containing materials that could pose a risk during the work and are required under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012.

Finally, we also offer re-inspection surveys, which are carried out at regular intervals to ensure that any asbestos-containing materials that have been identified are still in good condition and that the management plan remains effective.
