Asbestos surveys are essential in identifying and assessing the risk of exposure to asbestos in your home, office, or commercial building. There are three main types of asbestos surveys: Management Surveys, Refurbishment Surveys, and Demolition Surveys.

• Management Surveys are designed to identify any asbestos-containing materials that may be present in a building or structure to manage the risk of exposure to the occupants, visitors, and workers.
• Refurbishment Surveys are more intrusive surveys that are carried out before any refurbishment work begins, and they identify any potential ACMs that may be disturbed during the work.
• Demolition Surveys are the most extensive surveys that are carried out, and they are designed to identify all ACMs present in the building or structure before any demolition work begins.
