We offer two types of asbestos surveys management surveys and refurbishment/demolition surveys. Our management surveys are designed for buildings that are still in use, and are aimed at identifying the presence of any asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) that could pose a risk to the occupants. Our refurbishment/demolition surveys, on the other hand, are carried out prior to any refurbishment or demolition work to identify and assess the extent of asbestos-containing materials.

Our surveys are thorough and comprehensive, and we use state-of-the-art equipment such as asbestos sampling kits, air monitoring equipment, and microscopes to ensure accuracy and reliability of our results. We also provide detailed reports of our findings, including a risk assessment, recommendations for management or removal, and a register of any ACMs identified.
