Management survey

Our management survey is a non-intrusive survey that aims to locate all ACMs in your building. We will assess the condition of the ACMs and provide recommendations for their management. The survey report will include an asbestos register and an asbestos management plan.

Refurbishment/demolition survey

Our refurbishment/demolition survey is more intrusive and is required for any building undergoing major refurbishment or demolition. It aims to locate all ACMs in your building and assess their condition. The survey report will include an asbestos register and an asbestos removal plan.

Re-inspection survey

We also offer re-inspection surveys for buildings that have already undergone an asbestos survey. The survey aims to assess the condition of the ACMs identified in the previous survey and update the asbestos register and management plan.

How We Conduct our Asbestos Surveys

At Affordable Asbestos Removal Hampshire, we follow the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) guidelines for conducting asbestos surveys. Our surveyors are fully trained and accredited to carry out surveys that are compliant with UK regulations and standards.

Our survey process involves the following steps:

1. Site visit - We will visit your building to conduct a visual inspection of the premises.

2. Sampling - We will take samples of any suspect materials and send them for analysis in a UKAS accredited laboratory.

3. Report - We will provide you with a comprehensive report of our findings, including an asbestos register, management plan, and removal plan (if required).

4. Consultation - We will discuss our findings with you and provide you with recommendations for managing the asbestos risks in your building.
