Our management surveys are designed to identify the presence and extent of any asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) in your building. This type of survey is required under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 for all non-domestic buildings and common areas of domestic buildings, and must be carried out regularly to ensure the ongoing safety of occupants.

Refurbishment and demolition surveys are more extensive than management surveys and are required before any refurbishment or demolition work takes place. We will identify any ACMs that could be disturbed during the work and provide detailed advice on safe removal and disposal.

Type 3 asbestos surveys are the most comprehensive type of survey and are designed for those who need to identify the presence of asbestos in all accessible areas of a building. This type of survey may be required for a range of reasons, such as when buying or selling a property, or when planning major renovation work.
