Our asbestos surveys are tailored to your specific needs. We offer three types of asbestos surveys: management surveys, refurbishment and demolition surveys, and asbestos re-inspection surveys.

Management Surveys - These are the most common type of asbestos survey. Management surveys are designed to identify any asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) within a building that are likely to be disturbed during normal occupancy, maintenance or foreseeable activities.

Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys - These surveys are required when a building is undergoing refurbishment or demolition. They are designed to identify any ACMs within the building that will be disturbed during the refurbishment or demolition process.

Asbestos Re-inspection Surveys - These surveys are designed to re-evaluate the condition of known or presumed ACMs in a building. Re-inspection surveys are required to ensure that previously identified ACMs have not deteriorated or been disturbed.
