Asbestos Testing

The laboratory will then provide a detailed report that identifies whether the samples contain asbestos or not.

Asbestos testing is critical if you are planning any refurbishment or demolition work in a building built before 2000. The Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 requires all non-domestic buildings to have an asbestos survey before any major refurbishment or demolition work is carried out.
