Asbestos Surveys

Asbestos surveys are an effective way to identify whether a building contains any asbestos-containing materials. We offer two types of asbestos surveys:

Management Surveys

Management surveys are designed to locate the presence and extent of any asbestos-containing materials in a building that could be damaged or disturbed during normal occupancy, maintenance, or other work activities.

This survey provides a baseline of information on the location and condition of the asbestos-containing materials in the building, and suitable action can be taken to manage the risks associated with them.

Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys

Refurbishment and demolition surveys are designed to identify asbestos-containing materials that could be disturbed during building refurbishment or demolition work.

This survey is required before any building refurbishment or demolition work can take place, and a suitable asbestos removal plan can be developed to ensure the safe removal and disposal of the asbestos-containing materials.

Sample Analysis

We provide professional laboratory analysis of asbestos samples collected from suspected asbestos-containing materials. Our laboratory is accredited and follows the UKAS standards to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the results.
