An asbestos refurbishment and demolition survey is a more intrusive and detailed inspection of your property, designed to locate and analyze any ACMs that may be disturbed or removed during any refurbishment or demolition works. The survey involves taking bulk and representative samples of any suspect materials, which are analyzed in our laboratory for their asbestos content and type.

Based on our findings, we will produce a report that includes:

• A comprehensive list and location plan of all ACMs found, including their type and amount.
• An assessment of the risk and priority of each ACM, based on the likelihood and severity of the exposure during the works.
• Recommendations for how to manage and remove the ACMs safely and legally, based on the duty holders obligations and the HSEs guidance.
