We take samples from areas of the building we have identified as potentially containing ACMs, and they are then safely transported to a UKAS accredited laboratory for analysis. We use the latest methodology, including polarised light microscopy (PLM) to investigate the samples further.

Asbestos Refurbishment and Demolition Survey

If you are planning refurbishment, construction, or demolition on a building built before 2000, it is a legal requirement to have the property inspected for asbestos by a suitably qualified analyst.

We provide an Asbestos Refurbishment and Demolition Survey- which is more intrusive than a management survey- to locate and assess the condition of ACMs that will be impacted during construction.
