2. Refurbishment/Demolition Asbestos Survey: This survey is required before any refurbishment or demolition work in non-domestic buildings. The survey is intrusive and aims to locate all asbestos-containing materials that may be disturbed during the proposed work.

3. Type 3 Asbestos Survey: This survey is designed to locate and assess the condition of any suspected asbestos-containing materials in domestic properties. The surveyor will take samples of materials suspected of containing asbestos and send them to a UKAS accredited laboratory for analysis.
